本研究的主要目的在於建立國內大專院校運動場地設施顧客滿意度量測概念,對於公立大學游泳池顧客滿意度與服務品質進行差異性分析,並嘗試比較不同會員類別變項與滿意度之相關情形。研究對象為國立臺灣師範大學本、分部室內溫水游泳池與國立清華大學室內溫水游泳池對外開放之會員共318位,並以「公立大學游泳池對外開放顧客滿意度調查問卷」為研究工具,進行問卷調查。依實際調查所得資料,以描述性統計(次數分配百分比、平均數)、卡方考驗和單因子多變項變異數分析等統計方法處理,結果發現:一、 會員類別變項與滿意度有顯著差異,其中不同性別、身份、每月使用次數、加入會員時間、其他泳池使用經驗與滿意度均有顯著差異;而年齡、職業、教育程度、收入與滿意度則未達顯著差異。二、 不同公立大學游泳池之服務品質有差異。三、 不同公立大學游泳池之顧客滿意度有差異,其中師大分部之顧客滿意度最優,師大本部次之,清華大學最差。四、 服務品質與顧客滿意度之評價有截然不同之結果,服務品質最好之游泳池在顧客滿意度上卻有最差的評價。五、 顧客滿意度量測構面建議為:期望值、表現認知、不確定性、公平、歸因、再購行為、抱怨次數。
The purposes of this study were to establish the idea of customer satisfaction measuring to sports facilities of the universities (collage). To analyze the significant between customer satisfaction and service quality of swimming pools of universities, and to compare the relationship of satisfaction between different members. From public indoor warm-water swimming pools of both National Taiwan Normal University main campus, branch , and National Tsing Hua University, 318 members were selected as subjects and "Evaluation of Customer Satisfaction to Public University Swimming Pool" is the research tool. Descriptive statistic (including frequency portion percentage and average), Chi Square(χ2) Tests and one-way MANOVA analysis were utilized to test the hypotheses, and the results were:1. There are significant differences between members and customer satisfaction. These differences were gender, status, frequency, time, and experience of using other pools, while ages, occupation, educational degrees and income are no significant.2. There is difference between the service quality of different public universities's pools.3. There is difference between customer satisfaction of different public universities's pools. The first two are NTNU branch and main campus, while NTHU is the last one.4. There is totally different sequence of service quality and customer satisfaction, the best service quality pool got the worst degree of customer satisfaction.5. The influencing factors of customer satisfaction were expectation, performance, disconfirmation, equality, attribution, repeat purchasing intention and complain frequency.
