本研究旨在探討北北基桃地區正式教師的職家增益與工作滿意度、主觀幸福感之間的關係,並進一步探討自我觀在職家增益與工作滿意度、主觀幸福感之間的調節作用。本研究透過網路問卷形式發放 407 份問卷,回收 407 份有效問卷,並使用「工作家庭增益量表」、「工作滿意度量表」、「中國人幸福感量表」與「獨立我與互依我量表」作為研究工具。依據蒐集之數據以描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson相關分析、簡單線性迴歸和調節分析等統計方法進行資料分析,主要研究結果如下:一、職家增益、家職增益與正式教師的工作滿意度有顯著正相關。二、職家增益、家職增益與正式教師的主觀幸福感有顯著正相關。三、不同婚姻狀況、子女數、任教學層正式教師在職家增益、家職增益、工作滿意度及主觀幸福感有部分顯著差異。四、不同年齡正式教師在職家增益、家職增益、工作滿意度及主觀幸福感有部分顯著相關。五、自我觀在職家增益與工作滿意度之間具有調節效果。六、自我觀在家職增益與工作滿意度之間具有調節效果。最後,依據本研究結果與討論,進一步提出具體建議做為教育單位與學校、正式教師,以及未來研究之參考。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between work-family enrichment and job satisfaction, subjective wellbeing of teachers in region of Taipei, New Taipei, Keelung and Taoyuan. Next, to examine the moderating role of self-views between work-family enrichment and job satisfaction, subjective wellbeing.
The instrument used in this study were “Work-Family Enrichment Scale,” “Job Satisfaction Scale,” “Chinese Happiness Scale” and “Independence and Interdependence Self Scale.” And 407 valid responses were retrieved. This study was analyzed by independent-sample t test, one-way multivariate analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, simple linear regression, and adjustment analysis. The conclusions are as follows:
1. Teachers have a significant relationship between work-family enrichment, family-work enrichment and job satisfaction. 2. Teachers have a significant relationship between work-family enrichment, family-work enrichment and subjective wellbeing. 3. Teachers who are different in marital status, number of children and school levels are partially different in work-family enrichment, family-work enrichment, job satisfaction and subjective wellbeing. 4. Teachers who are different in age are partially different in work-family enrichment, family-work enrichment, job satisfaction and subjective wellbeing. 5. The relationship between work-family enrichment and job satisfaction among teachers was moderated by self-views. 6. The relationship between family-work enrichment and job satisfaction among teachers was moderated by self-views.
