彈性貼紮的使用越來越常見,對於他的效用一直都被拿來討論,不管是已經受傷亦或是預防受傷,都將彈性貼布拿來做使用,然而在日常生活中,股四頭肌主要協助人類執行走、跑、跳等動作,也有維持膝蓋穩定的效果,對於競技項目來說更是實行動作上主要作用肌群之一。因此,增加股四頭肌力量以提升膝關節穩定度並完成其工作的效率,對於一般人或是競技選手,都可以使動作事半功倍。
目的:探討對股四頭肌施以不同的彈性貼紮 (120%拉力的股四頭肌貼紮、白貼貼紮的股四頭肌貼紮),對於不同跳躍表現(蹲踞跳、垂直跳、落地跳)之影響。方法:健康的大學生,男、女生各12名,年齡22.5±2.1,身高168.6±6.7,體重62.0±8.8。使用三維動作分析軟體、測力版、與表面肌電系統收集資料。分析動力學及肌電圖資料。統計使用二因子混合設計進行分析,顯著水準訂為α=.05。結果:高度、力量沒有達顯著差異。垂直跳離心收縮股直肌達到顯著水準(F=4.394,p=.048),落地跳向心收縮之股直肌達到顯著水準(F=10.492,p=.004)。結論:彈性貼紮能在受試者接收到較大的外在刺激時發揮保護的作用,讓彈性貼紮支撐住肌肉,使其肌肉減少收縮,又因為彈性貼布本身的彈性,當貼在皮膚上時不會影響到運動中的動作,但是白貼本身沒有彈性,因此造成關節上角度彎曲的限制,進而可能影響到成績的展現。

With frequent use of Kinesio Taping, its purpose has been a popular focus. Whether wounded people or people who want to protect themselves from being hurted, they use Kinesio Taping to wrap their body. Quadriceps femoris is responsible for carrying out movements, such as walking, running, and jumping, etc., and stabilize knees. For competitive sports, it is one of the major muscle groups which control human being’s movement. Therefore, it is benificail for people or athletics to strengthen quadriceps femoris for improving the stability and effectiveness of knee joint.
Purpose: The research of the different influences on jumping by using different ways of Kinesio Tapping(Kinesio Taping of 120% pulling force and taping) wraping. Method: Cases are healthy college students, 12 males and females. Age 22±2.1, height 168.6±6.7, weight 62.0±8.8. Use Vicon, force plate, and Electromyography system to collect research data and analyze dynamics and electromyography information. By making use of Two-way Mixed Design ANOVA to analyze the data, level of significance isα=.05. Result: there was no remarkable difference between height and strength. Both the Eccentric contraction of vertical jumping (F=4.394,p=.048) and the Concentric contraction of drop jumping (F=10.492,p=.004) reached their own level of significance. Conclusion:Kinesio Taping is capable of protecting testing cases while they receive great external stimulation and supports muscles by decreasing their contraction. Besides, because of the flexibility of tapping, it won’t affect the fluency of the movements. However, normal inflexible tapping without any flexi might limit the range of joint’s upper angle and influence the display of movements.
