運動和魚油介入對血脂質的影響

摘要
本研究的目的主要在探討八週運動和魚油介入的方式對血液中脂質變化的影響。實驗是將46名健康之高中男性受試者分為四組:一、八週運動加魚油組(E+F組,N=12,體重=69.19±12.53公斤);二、先四週運動後四週魚油組(E→F組,N=12,體重=68.04±15.96公斤);三、先四週魚油後四週運動組(F→E組,N=10,體重=68.41±13.21公斤);四、八週控制組(C組,N=12,體重=66.67±11.47公斤),運動訓練是以強度70%之保留心跳率,每週三次,每次30分鐘的跑步實施;而魚油的劑量則是每天食用每公斤體重0.12克(0.12g/kg-BW/day),實驗為期八週,於前測、第四週及第八週抽血檢驗血清中之血脂質,其所得的資料經共變數及二因子混合設計變異數分析,得到如下結論:
一、各組在八週運動與魚油介入的實驗過程中,對體重、平均血壓及體脂肪百分比都沒有顯著影響。
二、先四週運動,後四週吃魚油的方式,可以有效降低總膽固醇(TC,第四至八週)、三酸甘油酯(TG)及極低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(VLDL-C),但對於低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)及總膽固醇對高密度脂蛋白膽固醇比值(TC/HDL-C)則無顯著效果,其機轉仍不清楚,推論可能是由於前期的運動效果,刺激脂蛋白解酯酉每(LPL)活性,使後期魚油降低TC、TG及VLDL-C的可能性增加之故。
三、八週運動同時加上魚油攝食對血脂質的改變並無顯著效果,先四週魚油攝食後四週運動的方式,對血脂質的改變也沒有顯著的影響,其影響的因素可能是由於運動訓練強度及持續時間不足、魚油劑量不夠、健康狀況及飲食情況不同所致。
The Effects of Exercise and Fish Oil Supplementation on Blood Lipids

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of exercise and fish oil supplementation on blood lipids. In the 8-week experiment, 46 healthy male senior high school students were divided into 4 groups : Group E+F (N=12 , weight=69.19±12.53 kg ) did both exercise and ingested fish oil for 8 weeks ; Group E→F (N=12 , weight=68.04±15.96 kg ) did exercise for the first 4 weeks and then ate fish oil for the next 4 weeks ; Group F→E (N=10 , weight=68.41±13.2 kg ) ate fish oil for the first 4 weeks, and then did exercise for the next 4 weeks; Group C (N=12 , B.W.=66.67±11.47 kg ) was the control group. The exercise intensity was 70% RHR. Subjects jogged for 30 minutes each time, 3 times a week. The dosage of fish oil was 0.12g/kg-wt/day. The subjects' blood lipids were separately examined at baseline, in the fourth week, and in the eighth week. A split plot 2-way ANOVA was used for data analysis. The conclusions are as follows:
1. During the experiment, each group's weight, mean blood pressure, and % body fat changed little.
2. Group E→F had significantly lower TC (from the fourth to eighth week), TG, VLDL-C, but there was no effect on LDL-C, HDL-C, and TC/HDL-C. Although the mechanism was unclear, it was probably because doing exercise first stimulated the lipoprotein lipase (LPL), which caused the fish oil administered latter to affect the TC, TG, and VLDL-C.
3. Blood lipids of both Group E+F and Group F→E were not affected. Insufficient exercise intensity and duration, fish oil dosage, health condition, and different diets were the probable factors.
