  • 蛋白質磷酸酶2A是為一廣泛表現的serine -threonine磷酸酶,參與許多細胞內重要的基本功能如:有絲分裂、細胞凋亡和細胞形態發生。本研究的主要目的,為探討蛋白質磷酸酶2A對細胞肌動蛋白之動態調控。細胞中調控細胞骨架的重要因子-三磷酸鳥苷酸酶(GTPases)的家族蛋白成員,主要有Rho, Rac, Cdc42等。於本實驗室之前的研究顯示蛋白質磷酸酶2A扮演了正向調控肌動蛋白聚合的角色,於是我們推測蛋白質磷酸酶2A也涉及三磷酸鳥苷酸酶(GTPases)家族蛋白成員所參予之訊息傳遞路徑。在研究中裡我們採用功能缺失及功能穫得的分析方法來探討蛋白質磷酸酶2A在調控三磷酸鳥苷酸酶 (GTPases)訊息傳遞路徑的上下游關係
