  • 本研究旨在探討在校生專案技能檢定對高職機械類專業實習教學教學之影響。文中探討在校生專案技能檢定政策發展背景與合法化、政策執行情形以及教學正常化相關問題。茲臚主要之結論如后:
    一、在教師或學生的背景因素方面:
    (一)技能檢定對專業實習教學的影響,偏向正面影響。
    (二)鄉村地區的學校在實習教學上受技能檢定的影響大於城市地區的學校。
    (三)私立學校在實習教學上受技能檢定的影響大於公立學校。
    (四)非師範大學院校畢業的教師,在實習教學上受技能檢定的影響大於師範大學院校畢業的教師。
    二、在教學相關因素方面:
    (一)大多數教師會將通過技能檢定列為實習教學目標之一。
    (二)在校生專案技能檢定的實施對於學生實習課的學習具正面的影響。
    (三)大多數教師與學生不會忽略與技能檢定無關之實習課程內容。
    (四)大多數教師與學生均認為僅上課認真學習不足以通過技能檢定,必須利用課餘時間加強練習。
    (五)大多數教師會為了使同學通過技能檢定而採用密集式反覆練習的教學方法;並且對實習課的要求更嚴格。
    (六)大部份學校對於學生參加在校生專案技能檢定都很支持。
    (七)大部份的學生認為,可將通過技能檢定當作實習教學的評量標準。
    (八)學校對技能檢定的態度是影響實習教學的重要因素之一。
    三、在教學相關因素受影響的程度方面:
    (一)教師同意實習教學相關因素受技能檢定影響的順序:
    1.教學進度(62.1%)。
    2.課程內容(57.5%)。
    3.教學評量(54.8%)。
    4.實習設備(53.2%)。
    5.實習材料(52.9%)。
    6.教學方法(50.8%)。
    7.教學目標(48.0%)。
    (二)教師同意技能檢定相關因素影響實習教學的順序:
    1.術科測驗內容(62.3%)。
    2.檢定日期(60.6%)。
    3.學生通過率(52.4%)。
    4.技術士證照效用(47.8%)
    5.學科測驗內容(47.8%)。

    The purpose of this study is to investigate the Influence of shop teaching for the student skill test special program in the field of mechanical departments of vocational high schools. In this study, the researcher not only explore the developmental background and legalization, policy implementation of special program for the student skill test but also investigate the problem of teaching normalization. The results of this study are as follows:
    1. According to the background of teachers or students:
    (1) There is a positive effects on the influence of skill test on shop teaching.
    (2) There is more serious influence on shop teaching for country schools than city schools.
    (3) There is more serious influence on shop teaching for private schools than public schools.
    (4) There is more serious influence on shop practice teaching for the teachers who are not graduated from normal university than those who are graduated from normal university.
    2. According to the teaching factors:
    (1) Most of teachers view the passing skill test as one of the instructional objectives.
    (2) There is a positive effect on shop practice teaching for the student participating the skill test special program.
    (3) Most of teachers and students would not neglect the practice courses that are not related to skill test.
    (4) Most of teachers and students consider that students have to use another time to practice skill to pass the skill test.
    (5) Most of teachers adopt the intensive drill & practice method in order for students to pass the skill test.
    (6) Most of schools support students to participate the skill test.
    (7) Most of students consider that may view the passing skill test as an evaluation standard of shop practice teaching.
    (8) There is one of the important factors on influencing shop practice teaching which is the attitude of school toward skill test.
    3. According to the influenced degree of teaching factors:
    (1) The order of teachers agreement about shop practice teaching factors which are influenced by skill test.
    1. instructional progress(62.1%).
    2. curriculum content(57.5%).
    3. instructional evaluation(54.8%).
    4. shop practice equipment(53.2%).
    5. shop practice material(52.9%).
    6. instructional method(50.8%).
    7. instructional objective(48.0%).
    (2) The order of teachers agreement about skill testing factors which influence practice teaching.
    1. skill test content(62.3%).
    2. skill test date(60.6%).
    3. skill test passing rate(52.4%).
    4. The effectiveness of technical certification (47.8%).
    5. The content of academic subject (47.8%).
