Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of exercise performance of lower limbs after fatigue by massage gun. Methods: Ten healthy adults with regular exercise habits were recruited to induce fatigue of the vastus medialis by using the isokinetic muscle strength test training system, and then perform active recovery for 5 minutes and massage gun recovery for 5 minutes respectively. Statistical Methods Post hoc comparisons were performed with Bonferroni when p < .05 with two way repeated quantification. Result: There was no interaction between intervention method and time, and there were significant differences between the two interventions at each time point compared with the pre-measured values (p < .05); there was no significant difference between the two intervention methods. Conclusion: The intervention of massage gun and active recovery cannot effectively improve maximal torque following muscle fatigue at different time points; the exercise performance after fatigue of both interventions did not improve over time
