Now organizations face severe competition worldwide. Organization innovation can increase organization competitive advantage. Due to motivation is the pre-occurrence of behavior, this dissertation study the motive activation phase of the organization innovation. The purpose of this study included building and verifying organization innovation motivation, to offer organization developing innovation through the process of organization innovation motivation model.
First, this essay utilize literary analysis to build the factor and primary model of organization innovation motivation. Second, I use qualitative and quantitative methodology to modify the model, then base on this model to complete research questionnaire. Third, then based upon the research object of Taiwan small and medium enterprise which received innovation award. My study indicated the research questionnaire with reliability and validity is useful .
The phase of organization innovation motivation model can be categorized to three steps, which are organization innovation incubation-drive, organization innovation maintain-endurance and organization innovation transfer-energy. Organization innovation incubation-drive contains two parts including primary drive and incentive drive. Organization innovation maintain- endurance contains three parts including heterogeneity endurance, expectancy endurance and responsibility endurance. Organization innovation transfer-energy contains two parts including scatter energy and achievement energy.
After verifying my research organization innovation motivation model, the outer quantity of overall model fit was goodness-of-fit and the inner quantity of assessment of measurement model & structural model was also goodness-of-fit. Therefore, enterprises can refer organization innovation motivation model to manage the company well and use this model to raise organization innovation energy. According to the three steps model, enterprises can enhance innovation ability step by step. Through primary drive and incentive drive, they can develop organization innovation incubation-drive. Through heterogeneity endurance, expectancy endurance and responsibility endurance, they are able to develop organization innovation maintain-endurance. Through scatter energy and achievement energy, they can develop organization innovation transfer-energy.
