目的:探討大專運動績優學生參與運動之動機脈絡與造成其無動機之原因。方法:首先為篩選無動機大專運動績優學生,以問卷測量法實施,並對篩選出之無動機大專運動績優學生進行訪談,目的為了解其動機脈絡和造成無動機的原因。訪談資料謄為逐字稿後進行編碼,將資料以現象學的觀點進行主題分析法的分析。結果:在無動機大專運動績優學生的動機歷程中發現,經濟酬賞與升學酬賞是造成無動機的動態因素;高中階段過度訓練與無動機大專運動績優學生在大學階段的被動參與是造成其無動機的原因。在參與者進入大學階段後的參與經驗中發現影響無動機的因素有選拔不公平與失利、身體能力下滑、運動傷害、教練不信任、家人不認同、低價值信念、主觀專項運動的特徵、學業衝突與生涯發展,本研究針對結果提出討論,並對實際應用與未來研究提出建議。
Objective: To investigate the students to participate in college sports athletes of context and motivation for exercise no motive for their causes. Methods: First, amotivation for the screening of college sports athletes’ student questionnaire measuring method implementation, and filter out the unmotivated student college sports athletes interviews aim to understand the context and motivation resulting in amotivation causes. Transcripts of interviews after the transcript encodes the data to be analyzed phenomenological point of view thematic analysis method. Results: Amotivation college sports athletes’ student motivation course of discovery, economic reward and further education resulting in no incentive reward is a dynamic factor; overtraining in high school and college sports athlete’s amotivation passive participation of students in the university level is caused by its amotivation causes. Found in the experience of participants involved in entering college after the motives of factors influence the selection of non-unfair and defeat physical abilities decline, sports injuries, the coach does not trust, family does not identically, low-value beliefs, subjective specialized sports, studies conflict and career development, the study results presented for discussion, and the practical application of recommendations and future research.
