社會需要一股更多正面的力量!近來企業也更加強調內部行銷的重要性,重視對員工滿足的經營。尤其是在重視個體價值與意見的社會,員工對企業期待越來越高,都希望自己找到幸福企業。本研究訪談之幸福企業對象採取《Cheers》雜誌「2015年新世代最嚮往企業」,包含餐旅業有王品集團 (第四名) 、星巴克 (第七名) 、W酒店 (第十三名) 、晶華酒店集團 (第四十四名) 及老爺酒店 (第四十八名) ;非餐旅產業則為某連鎖書店集團 (第二名) 及台灣積體電路 (第三名) ,合計為餐旅企業五家,非餐旅企業二家。並以臺北市政府勞動局所評選之「幸福企業」中以質性內容分析法與專家深度訪談進行針對企業運用於幸福企業的衡量五大指標,分別為有「工作環境指標」、「待遇與培育指標」、「福利與獎勵指標」、「友善職場指標」和「其他特色」,藉以了解目前呈現的幸福與不幸福之間落差的因素。進一步打造感動員工的幸福方程式,探討幸福企業是否為企業該具備之競爭力。
The employees are important asset to the success of the organization. Most companies are getting to realize the importance of elevating the competitiveness in the human resource management which is sorely required. Hence, it is the company’s objective to provide a work environment that would lead happiness to their employees. The research focuses on the interview subjects that were in accordance to a "Cheers" magazine published in 2015, including the well-received Wowprime、Startbucks 、W hotel 、FIH Regent Group 、Hotel Royal Group、TSMC and Bookstores Group as the most desirable businesses were voted by freshmen on the net. The scoreboard from the grading system uses the five indicators of "Well-being business election" which was graded by the Department Labor of Taipei City Government. The qualitative content analysis and expert interviews are being used for the selection of a happy business enterprise from five indicators of "Working Environment ", "Treatment and Nurture"," Benefits and Reward ", "Friendly Workplace "and "Other Features ". In order to gain a better understanding from the factor of happiness which the current enterprises offered to their employees from their business practices. The results discovered that the central attention to the corporate culture from staff members who was the attentive care of creating a sense of happiness, and the use of the group’s advantage that could help to reduce employees’ turnover rate. And in return, this would keep employees’ loyalty. Therefore, most companies believe in the improvement of employees’ well-being would further enhance the overall job performance.
