  • 本研究以數位轉型與競爭策略為主題,探討銀行在金融科技的衝擊下所面臨的挑戰與衝擊。本研究採用個案研究法,以A銀行為研究案例來了解銀行在數位轉型中所面臨的挑戰與策略。
    A銀行在數位轉型的過程中,需考量對整個金融生態體系所造成的衝擊,以及轉型後可為整個生態體系帶來利益與優勢,因此使用重整資訊架構的方式達成數位轉型的目的。這種跳躍式的數位進步,只有在運用資訊科技作為輔助的前提下才會顯現出成效。此外,開放銀行(Open Banking)政策施行的業務是在銀行公會成員認為有必要的前提下才開放,業務推展並不會因新政策的實施而受阻,在公會成員的認可之下,業務推展將會更快速,整體而言是利大於弊。A銀行藉由公司的數位資源與能力,可提供客戶良好的服務,使公司能順利擁有數位時代的競爭力。
    由於開放銀行(Open Banking)已成為跨界融合的場域,銀行可藉此擴大與各個產業合作的範圍,除了可產生新的產品與服務,亦可產生原本不存在於產業內的併購機會,或提供超越原本傳統金融產品之外的服務;為了更全面審視銀行因應數位轉型而產生的改變,本研究並討論各國銀行數位轉型的現況與政府的所提出的規範,以供參考。

    This research uses digital transformation and competitive strategy as the theme to discuss the challenges and impacts faced by banks under the impact of Fintech. The research takes Bank A as a research case, we can understand the challenges and strategies of banks in the digital transformation era.
    Bank A needs to consider the changes and impacts caused in the transformation process by the entire ecosystem. Therefore, it reorganizes the information architecture to achieve the purpose of digital transformation. This kind of leapfrogging in the digital progress can only be effective if it is assisted by the use of information technology. Besides, Bank A is a member of the Bankers Association and the committee. It can greatly reduce the impact of policy implementation on the banking industry. At the same time, the prerequisite for the opening of new business is that the association believes it is necessary to open up, and the advantages of the implementation of the business will outweigh the disadvantages. Bank A can start to formulate strategies from the perspective of business direction and its’ Fintech talents, in response to emerging financial needs, strengthening risk control management, and enhancing the brand awareness. With Bank A's digital resources and business capabilities, it also can provide customers high quality services. Thus, Bank A can successfully possess the competitiveness of the digital age.
    Since Open Banking policy has become a field of cross-border integration, banks can use this to expand the scope of cooperation with various industries. In order to fully examine the changes that banks have been made, this study also discusses the current status of the banking industry and the regulations provided by governments in various countries as references.
