  • 1(CH3)4CdBr3(簡稱TMCB)晶體結構在室溫時是屬於六角晶,空間群P63/m,
    a=0.9404nm,c=0.6990nm,Z=2;其中CdBr6是以face-shared的八面體型式沿
    著c軸連成一連串無止盡的線形鍊,而N(CH3)4CdBr3則是以四面體的形式無
    序的鑲在鍊與鍊之間.本實驗欲以拉曼散射的方法找出TMCB的相變溫度,我
    們從室溫(300K)降至30K,量取並分析其拉曼光譜,發現TMCB有兩個相變溫
    度:一個在大約180K附近,一個在大約160K附近.

    The crystal structure of TMCB at room temperature is hexagonal,
    space groupP63/m,a=0.9404nm,c=0.6990nm,Z=2;these compounds
    contain infinite linear chainsof face-sharing CdBr6 octahedra
    along the c axis,and orientationally disordered N(CH3)4
    tetrahedra between the space of the chains.In this work we want
    to findout the temperature of phase transition of TMCB by Raman
    scattering.We cooleddown the temperature from 300K to 30K,got
    and analysised the Raman spectrum ofTMCB,found out that TMCB has
    two phase transition temperature:one is about 180K,one is about
    160k.
