本研究旨在探討亞斯伯格症大學生所擁有的復原力內涵及生活適應情形。本研究邀請三位亞斯伯格症大學生接受半結構式訪談,訪談資料以質性研究之主題分析法進行分析與歸納。
研究結果發現,亞斯伯格症大學生的成長經驗包括「醫學治療的經驗」、「社會互動的困難」、「負面情緒的反應」、「語言溝通的挫折」、「固定的行為或興趣表現」及「認知功能的障礙」等六個類別。
亞斯伯格症大學生所擁有的復原力內涵中,外在資源面向包括「良好的親子關係與家人支持」、「接納的教育環境與貴人相助」、「適當的社會資源與宗教組織」等三個類別;個人內在力量面向包括「獨立處理事情的能力與自主性」、「對自我的正向認同與接納」、「具同理心且願意幫助他人」、「對事情具責任感且努力不懈」、「擁有討人喜歡的正向特質」等五個類別;社會人際能力面向包括「對自我及環境的真實評估」、「社會技巧的練習與應用」、「適當的情緒處理與衝動控制」、「溝通技巧的練習與反思」等四個類別。
亞斯伯格症大學生的生活適應情形包括「成熟的生涯信念與準備」、「積極的學習與生活態度」、「穩定的情緒調節能力」、「良好的社會人際網絡」等四個類別。
最後,研究者根據研究結果與討論,對亞斯伯格症的生活適應及未來研究提出具體建議。
