  • 李開復博士2017年底提出虛實融合OMO(Online-Merge-Offline)未來趨勢,在零售產業開啟線上線下流量循環及融合新體系;企業面對疫情衝擊和市場生存競爭,不斷積極尋求創新發展和各種快速有效的解決方案;新興科技興起和政府政策也正積極推動提升中小企業數位應用能力計劃。另根據經濟部中小企業處彙編《2022中小企業白皮書》,2021年臺灣中小企業家數已佔全體企業98%以上,就業人數也占全國就業人數的80%以上;因此強化中小企業數位能力和導入數位營運管理確有其必要性。

    針對中小型企業,採用以分享經濟創新概念所建構的「SI全方位智慧鑒診系統」數位營運平台(以下簡稱SI 數位營運平台)為研究標的,以技術商業化和新商品角度,來探討中小企業採用SI數位營運平台之態度和意願研究。先以問卷調查法對34位採用或有意願了解數位平台者(不限於SI 數位營運平台),進行相關背景了解;接續以六位正在使用SI 數位營運平台之中小企業企業主做為訪談對象進行深度訪談,透過跨產業使用經驗和不同特質受訪者觀點,竭盡所能蒐集到與研究目的相關有價值具代表性的研究資料。

    將訪談內容透過紮根理論研究方法抽絲剝繭深入探討,萃取提煉出企業對SI 數位營運平台的使用態度和使用意願、採用因素,以及採用的整體效益和建議。最後發現並歸納出四點結論:(1)企業採用「SI全方位智慧鑒診系統」數位營運平台的十二項影響因素分類,(2)企業採用「SI全方位智慧鑒診系統」數位營運平台能建構完整的產業生態系,(3)企業採用「SI全方位智慧鑒診系統」數位營運平台,透過授權發展生態鏈系統、產業聯盟或廠商聯盟,(4)依「認知有用」和「認知易用」性質區分,提鍊出企業採用「SI全方位智慧鑒診系統」數位營運平台的一致性認同觀點,進而推論出企業的使用態度和使用意願皆呈現積極正向的研究結果。研究建議未來企業採用數位平台,可考慮以上十二項影響因素分類和一致性認同觀點做為評估參考;並透過授權發展生態鏈系統、產業聯盟或廠商聯盟。另可朝改善平台架構和獲得高層支持,並期使企業採用SI 數位營運平台能朝商業模式方面發展。

    Dr. Kai-Fu Lee proposed the future trend of OMO (Online-Merge-Offline), opening up a new system of circulation and integration of online and offline flow in the retail industry. Enterprises, facing the impact of epidemics and the competition for market survival, are constantly and actively looking for innovative development as well as a variety of fast and effective solutions. The emergence of new technologies and government policies are also actively promoting the upgrading of the digital application capabilities of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. According to the “2022 White Paper on Small and Medium Enterprises in Taiwan”, the number of SMEs in Taiwan accounted for more than 98% of all enterprises in 2021. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the digital capability of SMEs and introduce digital operation management. Focusing on SMEs, we adopt the digital operation platform of “Smart-In Intelligent Diagnosis System” as the research object (hereinafter referred to as SI System), which is constructed by the innovative concept of the sharing economy, and explore the attitudes and willingness of SMEs in adopting the SI System as the research target from the perspective of commercialization of the technology and new commodities. A questionnaire survey was first conducted to understand the relevant background of using digital platforms for 34 people who have adopted or are interested in learning more about digital platforms (not limited to SI System). Continuing to use in-depth interviews, six interviewees were invited and all of them are users of SI System, and business owners in their respective industries. We have done our best to collect valuable and representative research data related to the research purpose through the perspectives of interviewees with different characteristics and different industry experience. Through the grounded theory research method, the content of interview is discussed in depth in order to extract the enterprise's attitude, willingness, adoption factors, overall benefits and suggestions towards using SI System. Finally, four conclusions are found and concluded: (1)the classification of 12 influencing factors for enterprises adopting SI System, (2)a complete industry ecosystem might built while enterprises adopting SI System, (3)ecological chain systems, industry alliances, or manufacturer alliances might developed while enterprises adopting SI System and authorizing their business model, and (4) according to distinguishing between "Perceived Usefulness" and "Perceived Ease of Use", the consensus viewpoints extracted while enterprises adopting SI System, and then we can extrapolate the study result that the attitude and willingness of enterprises to use SI System are both positive. The study suggests that enterprises adopting digital platforms in the future can consider the classification of the above 12 influencing factors and consensus viewpoints as evaluation references, and develop ecological chain systems, industry alliances, or manufacturer alliances through authorization. In addition, it can improve in the sections of platform architecture and obtaining high-level support for SI System, and it is hoped that enterprises will adopt SI System to develop towards the section of business model.
