摘 要
我們建立了一個簡要的模型並利用三維非晶格的Metropolis蒙地卡羅法來預測AQP0水通道膜蛋白質在穿膜部份的8根α-helix的自然狀態結構,並分析其相關的熱力學性質,接著以蒙地卡羅模擬所獲得之初步結果為基礎,加上膜外和膜內所有連接穿膜部份各α-helix的環狀分子鏈,並考慮每個胺基酸殘基上的所有原子,來進行分子動力學模擬,最後得到之AQP0穿膜部份8根α-helix的結構與X-ray繞射得到之結構比較的方均根差(RMSD)為4.056。
