本研究以深度訪談的方式,針對十一位從事過蒙特梭利教學之幼兒教師,探討其蒙特梭利幼兒教育觀,及影響其觀點的可能因素。從研究中發現,對影響蒙特梭利教育思想的伊塔、塞根等學者,或對「兒童之家」、「教具沿革」等蒙特梭利幼兒教育的源起,有部分受訪者呈現不太清楚或觀點與事實不符的現象。對蒙特梭利思想中的「吸收性心智」、「正常化」等觀點,有部分受訪者呈現體認不深或未曾聽過的現象。對蒙特梭利的教育內容,如「大肌肉活動」、「童話故事」、「美術教育」等,有部分受訪者呈現可視自己認為需要與否而增減的現象。對蒙特梭利的教育方法,如「自由的觀念」,有部分受訪者呈現二種不同看法的現象;但對如「環境的結構與秩序」、「環境的真實與自然」等,則呈現看法至於影響本研究受訪者對蒙特梭利教育理念之看法的主因,為其接觸蒙特梭利教育的年資。其他如受訪者的學歷、受訓情形、培訓機構與實習情形等影響因素,在一些如教師本身對蒙特梭利教育具有濃厚的興趣、教師有機會與對蒙特梭利教育學有所長的人交換教學或學習經驗、教師能接受不同機構所開設的師資培訓課程、以及教師在接受培訓的同時也從事實務的教學等狀況下,似乎就不構成為影響因素。根據研究結論,提出以下建議:一、 從事蒙特梭利教學者應深入了解蒙特梭利教育理念並廣為攝取相關之訊息;或向資深教師請益、聆聽不同師資訓練者的觀點;或成立教師組織交換教學經驗或教育理念。二、 蒙特梭利教育師資培訓機構研擬考核師資訓練者能力及評估實習場所的辦法。三、 欲推展蒙特梭利教育者共組師資培訓體系並致力於蒙特梭利教育理念與目前幼兒教育模式間的融合。四、 就本研究受訪者進行進一步的訪談或現場教學觀察。
We adopted the in-death interview method to interview eleven pre-school teachers who are engaged in Montessori teaching. We would research their viewpoint and the affective factors about the Montessori pre-education in this research.We found that some of these visitors didn*t clearly understand the Montessori pre-education theory, like the originality of "The Children*s Houses", "The Materials" and so on. Some of these visitors didn*t clearly know the scholars who affected the Montessori ideas like Itard, Seguin and so on. With regard to the standpoints about "Normalization", "The absorbent mind", some of these visitors didn*t exactly understand what they are. Even some of these visitors had never heard them. However, regarding as the Finally, we offer below suggestions.1. The teachers who are engaged in Montessori education have to exactly understand the Montessori ideas and to absorb the relative knowledge. They have to learn by senior teacher and to listen to the viewpoint by different trainer.2. We have to organize the training center of Montessori education. Not only we have to evaluate the trainer who want to be the teacher in this center, but also we have to carefully choose the practice place.3. We have to organize the Montessori education constitute, and dedicate to promote Montessori ideas to the pre-school education.4. The follow researches have to farther interview and observe the visitors* teaching in this research.
