  • 利用磁性奈米粒子注射於腫瘤中,以及配合給予外加交流磁場使磁性奈米粒子因震盪而發熱,使腫瘤組織之溫度超過其耐熱溫度,而被破壞,此方法即為熱治療。本實驗致力於開發使用於熱治療之可調頻磁場產生器以及合成具有物理標靶特性之磁性試劑。因產熱效率皆隨著外加磁場之磁場大小、頻率與試劑之濃度的增加而上升,所以開發了能夠產生磁場大小為261 Oe、頻率 72 kHz之磁場產生器,同時利用磁性試劑混合油質的方式,使試劑有物理標靶的效果,並讓飽和磁化率提高至 10 emu/g,並測試其在磁場產生器輸出的外加磁場下能夠升溫至60℃以上,驗證了本研究開發之交流磁場產生器及磁性試劑能將組織升溫超過其耐熱溫度,將可應用於磁流體熱治療。
