因應行政院2030雙語國家的發展政策,「專業英日文詞彙與聽力能力大賽」以培養學生國際化視野之理念推動專業英日文的發展,並基於以賽促學之理念舉辦相關賽事,提升學生對外語的學習興趣。資訊科技的進步改變了企業管理的方式,業務流程管理為現今最常在企業中見到的科學管理應用,透過業務流程管理對業務流程的分析與重構再搭配資訊技術完成流程上的優化,將能對企業帶來較高的效率與效益。資訊化系統可以提升整體作業品質,降低人力資源浪費,同時可靠的資訊處理又能降低人工作業的錯誤率。本研究透過業務流程管理概念對「專業英日文詞彙與聽力能力大賽」進行流程發掘、流程分析以及流程設計,並根據設計後的業務流程搭配php框架式開發建置網頁系統,以幫助管理大賽業務流程與大量資料,將以往耗費大量人力的作業流程改善至僅需花費數秒操作系統即可完成預期的作業。
In response to the Executive Yuan's 2030 Bilingual National Development Policy, the "Professional English and Japanese Vocabulary and Listening Skills Competition" promotes the development of professional English and Japanese with the concept of cultivating students' international perspective. In addition, the competition is held to promote students' interest in learning foreign languages. The advancement of information technology has changed the way of enterprise management. Business Process Management (BPM) is one of the most common scientific management applications in enterprises nowadays. By analyzing and redesigning business processes through the BPM concept and completing process optimization with Information Technology, it will bring higher efficiency and effectiveness to enterprises. The information system can improve the overall operation quality and reduce the waste of human resources, while the reliable information processing can reduce the error rate of human work. In this study, we conducted process discovery, process analysis, and process design for the "Professional English-Japanese Vocabulary and Listening Contest" through the concept of Business Process Management. Based on the designed business process and php-framework development, the web system was built to help manage the business process and large amount of data for the competition, improving the previously manpower-intensive process to a point where it only takes a few seconds to operate the system and complete the expected operations.
