本研究之主要目的在於探討國中學生資源回收信念及家中資源回收意圖,並運用Ajzen 和Fishbein(1980)的理性行動理論(the Theory of Reasoned Action)及Bandura的自我效能(Self-efficacy)為研究架構,來預測並解釋研究對象從事家中資源回收的行為意圖。同時瞭解理性行動理論與自我效能之整合應用在家中資源回收行為上的適切性。本研究以台北市的公立國中八十六學年度第一學期在學全體學生為母群體。採分層集束抽樣法(stratified cluster sampling)來選取調查樣本進行施測,共得到2410份有效問卷。本研究結果如下:一、本研究對象對從今以後從事家中資源回收,有意圖者佔絕大部分(74.6%),其中又以寶特瓶的回收意圖最高(73.2%),其次為紙類(72.5%),舊衣服(71.4%),鋁罐(51.2%),鐵罐(47.6%);而無意圖者佔17.9%;中立意見者佔7.5%。二、對從事家中資源回收的態度、主觀規範和自我效能三者可以有效地解釋本研究對象的家中資源回收意圖,解釋量達25.8%。其中以自我效能對家中資源回收意圖的影響力最大。三、本研究對象對從事資源回收的態度與行為信念、結果評價的交乘積和呈顯著正相關;主觀規範與規範信念、依從動機的交乘積和也呈顯著正相關。四、有/無家中資源回收意圖者在行為信念、結果評價、規範信念、依從動機、自我效能及一般環境知識、特殊環境知識上,均有整體性的顯著差異。五、外在變項可以直接影響家中資源回收意圖,其中以家庭配合、資源回收經驗影響較大,此結果與理論假設不合。整體而言,本研究結果支持理性行動理論與社會學習理論中之自我效能的整合應用在預測家中資源回收意圖。
The main purpose of this study was to predict and understand the Junior High School students' behavioral intention of household recycling in Taipei city, on the basis of the Theory of Reasoned Action and Self-efficacy of Social Learning Theory .By using stratified cluster sampling method, the sample was selected from the first-year students of Junior High Schools in 1997. The data were collected via interview with the total number of valid questionnaire being 2410 . The main findings of this study were as follows :The Attitudes, subjective norms, and self-efficacy toward recycling could effectively predict the subjects' intention of household recycling, and the explanation power of these variances toward the behavioral intention was 25.8%.The attitudes, and subjective norms respectively shown to be related to appropriate sets of salient behavioral , and normative beliefs about the behavior .There were significant differences among behavioral beliefs, evaluation, normative beliefs, motivation to comply, self- efficacy, and environmental knowledge for intenders and non- intenders of household recycling .As a whole, the results supported the framework of this study . At the same time, it is essential for further analysis toward the low explanation power of behavioral intention by attitudes, subjective norms and self-efficacy in this study .
