自2012年我國政府啟動資料開放政策以來,已有逾三萬餘資料集開放予民眾無償使用,這其中有許多資料均含有地理資訊,正可以取之用於適地性服務(LBS)的加值應用上。自2016年以來聊天機器人(Chatbot)的應用就有了上升的趨勢,再加上人工智慧(AI)及語音技術的成熟,更是使得聊天機器人生態系蓬勃發展。
本研究開發一聊天機器人,以社會經濟資料及實價登錄資料為資料來源,運用雲端技術為後端伺服程式,而前端則以最簡單的溝通管道「聊天」協助使用者透過一問一答的方式即可輕鬆取得所需的在地資料。
Since the government launched the data open policy in 2012, more than 30,000 data sets have been opened to the public for free. Many of these materials contain geographic information which can be used for the Location-Based Service(LBS) . Since 2016, the popularity of Chatbot applications have been on the rise. Together with the maturity of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and voice technology, the chat robot ecosystem has flourished.
This research develops a chat robot that uses soc-economic and real estate transaction data, using cloud technology as the back-end server, the front-end uses the LINE Chatbot to assist users retrieve the local real estate information.
