本研究之目的是藉由實際量測過程,獲得本國幼兒人體測計資
料,以為國內幼兒桌椅設計之參考。同時探求身體測計項目與身高
體重比值及多元迴歸方程式,以供日後推估幼兒人體測計值之指標。
本研究之受試對象為台北市某一幼稚園241位幼兒,包括39位
三歲幼兒,94位四歲幼兒,以及108位五歲幼兒。
本研究首先收集各國現有之人體測計資料庫及桌椅規格相關研
究,以了解與桌、椅規格相關之人體部位。並實際量測幼兒身高、
肘高、座高等20項人體部位尺寸,與利用測得資料推算坐姿地—肘
高、指極、眼高等3項人體部位尺寸。
幼兒人體測計結果,以SPSS for Window計算各測計項目之平
均數、標準差、最小值、最大值、第五百分位數、第九十五百分位
數、及與身高、體重之比值。本研究亦推算出具顯著水準的各年齡
層以身高、體重為自變項之人體測計多元迴歸方程式。
最後,本研究將幼兒身高全距分為:身高小於 1053mm、身高介
於1053mm與1157mm間及身高大於1157mm等三個範圍,推估幼兒園
幼兒用桌椅的小、中、大三種型號規格。
The purpose of this research was to get some anthropometric information of children in Taiwan by practical measuring. The information may be valuable for the designing of children's tables and chairs in Taiwan. Moreover, by the research, we can get some anthropometric measuring items, ratio of height-weight, and multiple regression, all these can provide some indicators of anthropometry for children.
The subjects were 241 kindergartners in Taipei, including 39 3-year-old children, 94 4-year-old children, and 108 5-year-old children.
For the first step, the researcher collected all the achievable information about the studies of anthropometry and the specifications of desks and chairs in Taiwan, by this we can know the body positions concerned when desks and chairs specifications are discussed. Then, practically, the researcher measured 20 body positions of children, including statrure, elbow height standing, sitting hight and so on. After all the researcher inferred 3 measurements of body including elbow height sitting, span, and eye height.
The researcher analyzed the information by SPSS for Window, and the items included mean, standard deviation, min, max, P5, P95. Using the item of evaluation to estimate the child's height, weight ratio and multi regression equation, it can be the indicators for estimating the anthropometry for other children in the future.
The researcher ranged the height of the children into 3 groups, including height shorter than 1053mm, height between 1053mm and 1157mm, and height higher than 1157mm, and the researcher sized the tables and chairs for children in kindergarten into large, middle, and small 3 types.
