量測釔鋇銅氧塊材在轉變溫度附近的霍爾係數及電阻的轉變,以探討氧含
量對磁通釘扎,霍爾係數,載子濃度和霍爾電阻率的冪次行為.釘扎能隨氧
含量減少而減少.在定磁場下霍爾係數的負值隨氧含量減少呈一致性的變
化,和電組率的數據分析顯示奇特的霍爾係數與釘扎能有關.在不同氧含量
釔鋇銅氧塊材的混合態中,霍爾係數與釘扎能的關係有詳細討論.
Hall coefficients and resistive transitions of YBCO bulk were
measured at T near Tc to investigate the effects of oxygen
content on the flux pinning , the Hall coefficients ,carrier
concentrations and scaling behaviors of Hall resistivity. Flux
pinning energy decrease as the oxygen content were reduced.
Negative Hall coefficients in superconducting mixed state in a
magnetic field systematically changed as the oxygen content
were reduced. The resistivity in a magnetic field and tthe
negative Hall coefficient data show that anomaious hall
coeffficient in superconducting mixed state and the flux
pinning energy in oxygen sufficient and deficient YBCO bulk is
discussed
