本研究以北部某醫院三院區之麻醉護理人員為研究對象，探討其健康促進生活型態及幸福感情形。研究工具係使用人口學特性、健康促進生活型態之量表及幸福感之量表，整體統計樣本共計91名，有效問卷回收達88.3%。並使用描述性統計的次數分配、百分率、平均值、標準差與推論性統計的單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及複迴歸方式進行統計分析，探討不同人口學特性、健康促進生活型態與幸福感的關係，並預測幸福感的因子，本研究調查結果如下：
一、 研究對象的健康促進型態會因不同薪資，而呈現顯著差異。
二、 研究對象的幸福感會因不同薪資及宗教信仰，而呈現顯著差異。
三、 研究對象在健康促進生活型態量表，自我實現、健康責任、人際支持、運動、壓力處理、營養與幸福感皆呈顯著的正相關。其中壓力處理與幸福感為高度相關。
四、 研究對象的人口學特性的「性別」、「年齡」及「健康促進生活型態」皆可有效預測幸福感，可以解釋53.5%的變異量。

This study takes the nurse anesthetists among Taipei district hospitals as the research object, exploring its health-promoting lifestyles and its wellbeing. The research tools used the scale of social demography, health-promoting lifestyles, and wellbeing. The total sample was 91 persons, and used descriptive statistics of the frequency allocation percentage, average value, standard division, and inferential statistics of the one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, multiple regression analysis. In order to further compare the differences in social demography, health-promoting lifestyles, as well as predictors of wellbeing. The major findings of the study are as follows:
1.The health-promoting lifestyles of the subjects was significantly different from the salary received.
2.The wellbeing of the subjects was significantly different from the salary received and its personal religion.
3.The health-promoting lifestyles, in terms of self-achievement, health responsibility, social support, exercise, pressure handle, nutrition, and wellbeing were positively correlated. Especially the pressure handle and wellbeing were highly correlated.
4.The wellbeing of the subjects could be predicted by the variables of sex, ages, and health-promoting lifestyles, and explained 53.5% of variance of health life condition.
