本研究旨在瞭解高中生活科技教師教法取向、教學領導和自我效能感的關係模式。採用調查研究法,本研究以臺灣地區之公私立高中生活科技教師作為調查對象,針對臺灣地區340所公、私立高級中學之生活科技教師進行普查,共發出420份問卷,有效回收問卷為313份(回收率為74.5%)。所蒐集資料以描述性統計與結構方程式等進行統計分析,研究結論顯示高中生活科技教師:(1)教法無論是學生取向或教師取向,教師投注程度愈高,自我效能感愈高。(2)教法無論是學生取向,教師投注程度愈高,教學領導愈高。(3)教學領導愈佳,其自我效能感愈高。(4)學生取向或教師取向教法和教學領導及自我效能感兩種關係模式,均可用以明辨提升教師自我效能感的手段和目的。(5)可積極做好教學和領導角色,以提升自我效能感。
