本研究探究遊戲治療師對性受虐兒童之創傷處遇。本研究採質性取向研究典範,針對八位遊戲治療師以半結構式訪談法進行訪談,蒐集遊戲治療師對性受虐兒童的實務工作中,其創傷觀點、創傷處遇觀點與創傷處遇技巧,最後對訪談資料加以分析整理,最後研究結果如下:
一、影響性受虐的創傷的因素是多元的,並且性受虐創傷對兒童的影響是巨大與深遠的,然而由於取向、經驗與訓練之差異,遊戲治療師對性受虐與創傷的關連性的觀點不完全一致。
二、不強調主動介入處遇創傷。因此評估是全面的,並且在遊戲治療中動態進行的,此外創傷處遇的觀點亦傾向非指導性的態度。
三、創傷處遇是廣泛與彈性的。治療模式除了個別遊戲治療,強調納入照顧者與周遭系統。此外,無論取向為何治療師皆有主動處遇的部分:分為強調主動處遇、視脈絡與個案準備度主動處遇,以及輕微主動處遇。
四、遊戲治療師強調治療關係是最重要的。治療關係與創傷處遇是返覆交織進行的。
五、創傷議題處遇也強調納入照顧者合作一起處遇創傷議題,並大致依照其主動介入程度而有不同處遇方式。
六、現實因素與治療師因素影響遊戲治療師對性受虐兒童的創傷處遇。現實因素包含次數限制、不成熟結案、環境穩定性,與個案天生特質。治療師因素則包括治療師的取向、經驗與訓練。
