  • 研究的目的在探討電腦支援同步合作學習中引發過度協調型學生進行任務相關知識討論的策略知識。本研究為了要擷取輔助過度協調型學生的介入策略知識,邀請具有電腦支援合作學習指導或研究經驗的專家教師參與焦點團體訪談,結果共得到25項專家教師認為可以引發過度協調型學生任務相關知識討論的介入策略。本研究為了檢驗這些介入策略的實際效益,進而安排專家教師實際介入過度協調型學生的網路合作活動。實際介入結果顯示,有八項策略確能引發過度協調型學生任務相關知識討論,策略包括「具體指出適當的流程建議並給予公開讚美」策略、「提醒任務重點為討論出共識,非圖形美觀」策略等。除此之外,本研究為了匯集多位專家教師對擷取自焦點團體訪談之介入策略有效程度的看法,亦採取德懷術調查法來匯集共識。德懷術調查得到的策略有效程度和介入活動的策略成效之檢驗結果並非完全吻合。本研究結果應可作為教師日後在電腦支援同步合作學習活動中輔助過度協調型學生之參考,或作為發展智慧型網路合作學習系統的依據。
