  • 個體早期與主要照顧者的依附關係影響深遠,除對個體的內在運作模式有所影響外,也會對其人際關係模式,甚至是成人關係有相當程度的影響。本研究目的為探討依附議題的個案,接受人際歷程心理治療後,其在核心衝突主題與人際敘事結構上的改變為何。研究者以人際依附風格量表篩選2名歸屬於非安全依附的個案(一位為焦慮型依附,另一位為排除型依附),確認個案瞭解研究目的與流程,並簽署研究同意書後,再進行約15-20次的人際歷程心理治療。研究者將在第2與16次(或是最後一次)晤談後,進行關係軼事範例訪談;另一方面,也在第2、6、11、16次(或是最後一次)晤談後,實施貝克憂鬱量表第二版、貝克焦慮量表的施測,以對於個案核心衝突關係主題的變化進行量、質化資料收集。另外,研究者亦將每次晤談進行錄音,並主要將第2、6、11、16次(或是最後一次)晤談內容謄成逐字稿,以作為個案在治療歷程中核心衝突關係主題與人際敘事結構的改變歷程的資料收集。經由上述資料收集之後,研究者以敘事結構分析、核心衝突關係主題法進行質化資料處理。最後統整相關研究成果,並提出未來研究的相關建議。
