In the era of 2000s with the development of information technology, the borders of countries are no longer an obstacle to communication, and the actions of enterprises to enter the international market are increasingly not the patent of large companies. For new ventures, it is difficult to compete in the international market, and it seems that they are involved in a dangerous situation. The academic and practical circles are witnessing every move of the start-up enterprises to take risks, which drives the specialist to explore the occurrence and factors of this phenomenon.

In order to gain competitiveness in the international market, the ability of companies to examine of their own resources and properly allocate them even affects performance. This study explores the capital of top management teams and dynamic capabilities in companies, and observes whether differences in resource injection affect corporate performance. In addition to discussing the impact of the company's own capabilities on performance, this research focuses on the gender diversity of top management teams, and explores how female senior managers can exert their leaderships and lead new ventures to create benefits under the drastic international market.
