本研究旨在探討女性志工社群裡核心人物的人格特質與社群特性的關聯。研究目的在探詢社群領導人與核心人物的人格特質如何促進社群轉化,希望瞭解哪些關鍵的人格特質有助於推動社群轉化。研究採個案研究之方式進行,以光寶文教基金會社區認輔志工社群為研究對象。本研究運用真美聖善的英雄旅程原型架構與真美聖善的言說架構以觀察法、訪談法為主要研究策略,輔以文件分析與原型測驗來補充資料同時驗證資料。研究利用三角檢證的方式以求能夠貼近與完整適切的描繪出光寶文教基金會社區認輔志工社群的社群特性。綜合本研究結論如下:
壹、 永不放棄的追尋者原型是促進社群邁向創生的動力
貳、 魔術師原型讓創生社群從危機中看到生機
參、 母性的原始動力結集成強大有實踐力的創生性社群
