本研究使用高流量採樣器與玻璃纖維濾紙採集空氣中之懸浮微粒,樣品經溶劑萃取與膠滲透曆析法(Gel permeation chromatography)淨化後,以高效率液相層析儀配合紫外光與螢光偵測器針對十六種多苯環芳香烴化合物(PAHs)進行分析測定。
本方法十六種分析物之平均回收率為83%,回收率之範圍由16%~102%,回收率受沸點因素影響。對標準參考物質(SRM 1649)之測定,其相對誤差值低於13%;而回收率與停滯時間之再現性,則分別於9%與1%以內,顯示本方法具有良好之準確度與精確度。
本方法被成功地運用於臺北都會區空氣懸浮微粒之分析測定,所得測定值與墾丁國家公園所採得之樣品分析值相比較,實驗結果顯示臺北市空氣懸浮微粒中有明顯PAHs之污染;配合塵粒計數器之同步測定,可同時瞭解污染與其粒徑大小之關係,結果推測顯示粒徑小之懸浮微粒可能含有較高含量之PAHs。
Airbrone particulates are collected on glass fiber filters with high volume air samplers. The samples are extracted with dichloromethane and pretreated with gel permeation chromatography (GPC) followed by HPLC separation and detection with UV and fluorescence for a series of PAHs.
The accuracy of study is confirmed with the analysis of SRM from NIST and recovery tests. The precision of this work is determined by replicate analysis. The average recoveries of sixteen PAHs studied are around 83%, with precisions within 9%. The accuracy of study is good, with relative errors within 13%.
This method is successfully applied to airbrone particulate samples collected in Taipei metropolitan area. Results indicate pollution of PAHs in Taipei city is apparent and is related to the size of airbrone particulates determined with a particle counter.
