在傳統的教學環境中,教師容易忽略學習成就不佳的學生,且往往只有補考制度,沒有完善的補救教學措施,因此藉由網際網路科技的發達,來建構一完善的補救學習環境是一個很好的方法,可以讓學生可透過網路在任何時間,任何地點,做補救學習的機會,教師也可藉由學生在網路上的測驗成績及學習行為,瞭解學生的學習狀況。
故本研究嘗試將專家系統的概念應用到學習的評量,除了建構一具有遠距學習評量診斷的學習系統外,更建構了學習網頁,可隨時提供學習不佳之學生在網路上做補救學習的機會,透過重覆的學習與診斷,學生可以了解自己的困難所在,教師也可以由學生在網路上的學習行為和測驗成績,改進教學目標,而這些診斷和評量的過程都是透過專家系統。
因此本研究以JSP(Java Server Page)來建構遠距學習環境,並以Java Applet的圖形使用者界面來設計供教師參考使用之學習評量診斷規則,結合以Jess(Java Expert System Shell)為核心之評量診斷的專家系統,由系統執行學生的學習評量與診斷,並提出教學建議供教師參考,使得學生可經由重覆的學習、評量來達成教師要求的教學目標。

In the traditional teaching environment, the teacher is easy to ignore the students whose learning achievement is not superior. Besides, we always only have the make-up exam, and lack perfect remedial teaching measures. Therefore, establishing a perfect remedial teaching measure environment by prosperity of network technology is a very good method. In this way, the student can do the remedial learning anytime and anywhere, and the teacher can understand the students’ learning condition by the test grade and learning behavior, which are done by the students on the network.
So this research tries to apply the concept of the expert system to the evaluation of learning. In addition to construct a learning system with distance education learning evaluation, this research also construct learning homepage in order to provide students anytime who learn not very well opportunity of remedial learning. Through repeated learning and the process of diagnosis, the students can understand where is the difficulty, and the teacher also can improve their teaching objective by students’ learning behaviors and test grade on the network. And these diagnoses and processes of evaluation are through the expert system.
In this way, this research uses JSP (Java Server Page) to construct distance education environment, and to design some rules to diagnose learning by Java Applet User Interface. Then, combine the expert system which core is JESS (Java Expert System Shell). Use this system to be the students’ learning evaluation and diagnosis, and to offer teaching strategy, which the teacher can consult. Therefore, the student can reach the goal, which the teacher asks by repeated learning test.
