對於台灣珠寶產業有著更高更廣的夢想及願景,婚後便與先生一同遠赴美國進修更多珠寶產業相關的經營技巧及知識,自美國回台後與先生共同創業,成立D.L.J。秉持對珠寶精品工藝的執著,堅持每一道工序都精心把關,從寶石產地進口取得的珍品,經過設計師手繪設計,珠寶精品工藝師的手藝,再經過顯微鑲嵌、雷射焊接、研磨拋光、電鍍等繁複工序,打造出感動人心的作品,絢麗的立體顯微鑲嵌工藝,富含美好寓意的設計造型,藉由珠寶創作詮釋東方文化之精髓,能夠傳遞恆遠價值。
「精藝求金、世代傳承、永生璀璨」映襯著D.L.J的品牌理念,且價值可以分為三種層面,以「精藝求金」為金工藝術,讓純淨無暇的寶石在時尚搭配下,彰顯藝術的真諦;以「世代傳承」為核心目標,將教育傳承給下一代;以「永生璀璨」傳遞情感並記錄美好時刻。
來自台灣的D.L.J,擁有超過三十年的珠寶設計與開發經驗,在未來我們將成為珠寶產業的龍頭,更應專注於核心業務,要學會利用外部資源降低風險、提升公司競爭力。從品牌形象來說,我們重視「文化珠寶」,著重珠寶首飾的藝術與文化附加值,挖掘商品的「差異性」,以品牌做為客戶順暢溝通的橋樑,將品牌打造成具有魅力與生命力的人。而D.L.J一直以來在創辦人與夫人的領導之下,在寶石採購與工藝的要求上,以最嚴格的精神自我要求,也因此按部就班成為全台最大珠寶製造工廠,擁有紮實的珠寶代工經驗,同時將各個環節盡善盡美!現在,D.L.J的客戶遍佈全球二十八個國家,我們自豪於每一個環節上的要求,不斷追求精湛的工藝,方能創造出非凡的傲人成績!
未來三年內,D.L.J將打造全球獨一無二的「精品藝術珠寶設計金工中心」,並針對人才培育和專業技術計畫投入大量資本,結合觀光、教育與藝術人文及加工製造結合的世界精品珠寶加工中心,計畫將公司擴充至三百人的專業精品珠寶設計製造中心。

The gemstones imported from the origin and sketch are hand-painted by designers, jewels handcrafted by fine jewelry craftsmen, micro stone setting, laser welding, grinding, and polishing. Complicated processes such as electroplating create touching works, gorgeous three-dimensional technology, and design shapes with beautiful meanings. Through jewelry creation, the essence of the oriental culture can be interpreted, conveying the value of eternal.
"Striving for refinement of the goldsmith, brightens life." and "Inheritance from generations, brightening of eternal life" reflects the brand concept of D.L.J, and the value is divided into three levels. With "Inheritance from generation" as the core goal, educate the younger generation; with "Striving for refinement of the goldsmith" as the goldsmith art, let the pure and flawless gemstones show the true meaning of art.
D.L.J from Taiwan has more than 30 years of experience in jewelry design and development. In the future, we will become a leader in the jewelry industry. We should focus on core business and learn to use external resources to reduce risks and enhance the company's competitiveness. From the perspective of brand image, we attach great importance to "cultural jewelry," focus on the artistic and cultural added value of jewelry, explore the "difference" of products, use the brand as a bridge for smooth communication with customers, and build the brand into a charming and vibrant brand. Under the leadership of the founder, D.L.J has always been self-required with the strictest spirit in gemstone procurement and craftsmanship. Therefore, it has become the most prominent jewelry manufacturing factory in Taiwan. It has solid jewelry O.E.M. experience. At the same time, every aspect of the making process will be perfect! Till now, D.L. J’s customers are located in 28 countries around the world. We are proud of the requirements of each link and constantly pursue fine craftsmanship to create extraordinary achievements!
In the next three years, D.L.J will build the world's first goldsmith design and art jewelry center as an integrated world jewelry boutique center plans to expand the company to a professional jewelry design and manufacturing center with over 300 people. Moreover, invest capital in professional technology and talent training programs, education, tourism, art, economics, and production.
