  • 2021年時,非同質化代幣 ( NFT ) 走入大眾視野,這種數字資產被認為具有潛在的投資價值。而且隨著 NFT 市場的不斷發展和增長,融資行為已經成為了其中的一個重要部分。因此,將 NFT 做為抵押品去獲取資金,以便提升整體利用性及流動性,成為購買 NFT 者的其中一種要求。但因為加密市場的波動性大,以及不穩定性高,消費者對於數字資產存在著難認同且不信任,若能使 NFT 在政府的金融體制下做為抵押品,不只能夠使其在政府的監管下,增加其流動性,並完善相關法規與配套措施,就能夠推動區塊鏈更多的應用面向,使這個技術能夠被更多人了解,減少因為不熟悉、不了解這個產業而造成的犯罪行為。讓消費者對數字資產有更高的認同,進而增加購買意願,會是讓大眾更能夠認可的一個因素。
    本研究旨在探討 NFT 的融資對消費者的態度與消費者的信任之間的關係,透過購買過 NFT 的消費者以及對 NFT 融資的認知,進一步是否會因 NFT 的融資而對其產生購買意願。本研究採用問卷調查法,於 2023 年 6 月 12 日至 2023 年 7 月 12 日之間,一共蒐集了 289 份問卷,替除了無效問卷 32 份,有效問卷 257 份,運用 SPSS 以及 AMOS 統計分析工具進行分析。
    本研究綜合研究結果,表明 NFT 融資認知對消費者對於 NFT 的信任以及態度有著正向關係,而消費者的信任以及態度對購買意願也有著正向的關係,越能夠了解NFT 的融資認知,對 NFT 的購買意願就會上升。根據本研究結果,可以在未來金融體制想要針對數字資產的融資面向與消費者關係做探討時,能夠參考運用。

    In 2021, non-fungible tokens ( NFT ) have become popular cryptocurrency assets, and this digital asset is considered to have potential investment value. With the continuous development and growth of the NFT market, financing behavior has become an important part of it. Therefore, using NFT as collateral to obtain funds in order to improve overall utilization and liquidity has become one of the requirements for buyers of NFT. However, due to the high volatility and instability of the encryption market, consumers difficulty recognize and distrust digital assets. If NFT can be used as collateral under the government's financial system, it will not only increase its liquidity under the government's supervision but also improve relevant regulations and supporting measures. It will be able to promote more application-oriented blockchains so that this technology can be understood by more people and reduce crimes caused by unfamiliarity and ignorance of this industry. Consumers have higher recognition of digital assets and then increase their willingness to buy, which will be a factor that can be more recognized by the public.
    This study aims to explore the relationship between NFT financing and consumers' trust and attitude. Through consumers who have purchased NFT and their cognition of NFT financing, whether they will be willing to purchase due to NFT financing. This study adopts the questionnaire survey method. Between June 12, 2023 and July 12, 2023, a total of 289 questionnaires were collected, 32 invalid questionnaires were replaced, and 257 valid questionnaires were used. SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis tools were used for analysis.
    The comprehensive research results of this study show that NFT financing cognition has a positive relationship with consumers’ trust and attitude. Consumers’ trust and attitude also have a positive relationship with purchase intention. The more you can understand NFT financing cognition, the more willingness to buy NFT will increase. According to the results of this study, it can be used as a reference when the future financial system wants to discuss the
    relationship between financing and consumers of digital assets.
