  • 對於磁控電漿而言,磁場、溫度、密度等特性是極為重要的,我們也對此
    三者的空間分佈及其演變情形感到興趣。我們是利用高壓電容放電的方式
    ,在真空放電管內產生電漿,電漿生存了40-50微秒,為了進行對電漿的
    探測,本實驗製作了幾種探測電漿的工具,並進行校正的工作 (1)電流探
    測器:製作Rogowski coil,它可感應脈衝電流的磁場變動,訊號傳經積
    分器,並在示波器上得到電流波形。 (2)磁場探測器:以漆包線繞成線圈
    ,藉由磁通量變動產生感應訊號。並利用自製Helmholtz coil 產生的標
    準磁場,進行校正工作。 (3)電探測器:常用來探測電漿的電探測器有
    Langmuir probe、 double probe、emitting probe,本實驗自製了
    double probe來探測放電管內的電漿,除了探討其誤差外,並進一步研究
    電漿的基本特性 。

    We are trying to set up a small device devoted to the studies
    of the magnetic field structure of magnetic confined plasma.
    Our major goal for the device is not the highn plasma
    temperature or long confinement time. We want to concentrate on
    complete studies of the topological properties of the magnetic
    field. Three sets of high voltage capacitor banks with total
    energy of 330kJ are constructed. The plasma and the external
    magnetic field are produced by dischargeing the capacitor
    banks. The discharge current is measured with current probe.
    Passive magnetic pickup coils are constructed to measure the
    magnetic field of the plasma. Density and temperature of plasma
    will be estimated from the electric probe measurements.
