  • 摘要
    本研究旨在比較不同技術水準桌球選手心理技能差異情形,並瞭解我國桌球選手心理技能的現況。研究的方法主要為量化研究輔以質性研究,而質性研究是針對量化的結果,設計問題作深入瞭解。量化研究工具為邱玉惠(2001)編製的「運動員心理技能量表」,研究對象為158名我國桌球選手,依不同技術水準分為國手組、甲組及乙組。回收的樣本資料透過描述統計、單因子變異數分析以及薛費法事後比較等方法的分析後,總結出下列結論:
    一、不同技術水準桌球選手心理技能差異情形:(一)桌球選手的技術水準愈高,其「壓力處理與逆境調適」與「自信心」的能力就愈好。(二)技術水準為國家代表隊程度的桌球選手,其「動機」與「專注」的能力要優於一般選手。(三)技術水準為甲組程度以上的桌球選手,其「可教導性」的能力要優於其他選手。
    二、國內桌球選手心理技能之現況分析結論
    國內桌球選手心理技能的優劣,依次為「可教導性」、「專注」、「壓力處理與逆境調適」、「動機」、「自信心」。

    Abstract
    This research aimed at comparing the psychological skill differences between the tabletennis players of different skill levels as well as understanding the current situation of the tabletennis players’ psychological skills in Taiwan. The approach of this research is mainly conducted with quantitative research and assisted in qualitative research, which deepened the research after finding the quantitative research and designing questionnaire. The research adopted Chiu Yu-Hui’s “Athletic Psychological Skills Inventory” as the quantitative research tool and 158 tabletennis players from Taiwan as the object of study, who were later divided into group of national team players, group A (second-rate players) and group B (the players inferior to second-rate ones) according to the different skill levels. Based on the retrieved data, which was analyzed by the methods such as description analysis, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe’method, we could find out two results:
    1. The differences between the tabletennis players of different skill levels which are listed below: Firstly, the higher skill levels the tabletennis players possess, the better ability of peaking under pressure and coping with adversity and confidence the tabletennis players have. Secondly, the tabletennis players who have the same skill levels as the national team players have better “motivation” and “concentration” than the ordinary ones do. Thirdly, the tabletennis players whose skill levels are equal to or above the players from group A have better “coachability” than others do.
    2. The current situation of the tabletennis players’ psychological skills is in the following: the priority of the domestic tabletennis players’ psychological skills are ”Coachability”, “Concentration”, “Peaking under pressure and Coping with adversity”, “Motivation” and “Confidence”, respectively.
