  • 本研究旨在探討國中二年級班級中,導師班級經營、班級氣氛與班級關係攻擊、關係受害情況之間的關係。本研究以台北縣市兩所國民中學及彰化縣四所國民中學之二年級班級為研究對象,共計50個班級(50位導師與1761位學生)參與研究。使用的研究工具包括「導師班級經營風格量表」、「導師對關係攻擊的評估量表」、「導師對關係攻擊的態度量表」、「導師對關係攻擊的處理策略量表」、「班級氣氛量表」、「班級關係攻擊信念量表」、「關係攻擊同儕提名問卷」、「關係受害經驗量表」。調查所得資料以單因子變異數分析、Pearson’s積差相關、多元迴歸等統計方法處理。研究發現:(一)不同班級經營風格的導師所帶領的班級內的關係攻擊、關係受害情況沒有顯著差異。(二)導師對關係攻擊的態度中之「同情受害者」和班級關係攻擊與關係受害情況達顯著正相關。(三)多元迴歸分析的結果顯示,導師對關係攻擊的評估與態度並無法預測班級關係攻擊的情況,但能預測班級關係受害的情況,且以「同情受害者」的預測力最大;而導師對關係攻擊處理策略也無法預測班級關係攻擊與關係受害的情況。(四)班級氣氛中的「同學支持」、「組織」、「團結」與班級關係攻擊情況達顯著相關;「同學支持」、「團結」、「班級關係攻擊信念」與班級關係受害情況達顯著相關。(五)多元迴歸分析的結果顯示,班級氣氛、班級關係攻擊信念無法預測班級關係攻擊情況;班級氣氛、班級關係攻擊信念能預測班級關係受害情況,且以「班級關係攻擊信念」的預測力最大。最後,研究者依據研究結果對教育及未來研究提出具體建議。
