台灣的骨節整復在國外稱為整脊(chiropractic),是一種藉由調整身體骨架而促進健康及運動表現的技術。臨床上發現施行整復手法後,患者的力量常常會有增加的現象,然而對於此現象目前並沒有客觀的量化的數據。目的:探討頸椎、胸椎及腰椎整復手法對肘關節屈曲肌力及垂直阻抗測試的影響。方法:一般民眾10名為研究參與者,以單盲、重複量數、平衡次序法,對參與者施行真或假之頸椎、胸椎及腰椎整復手法後,用體重計做垂直阻抗測試,用拉力計測量肘關節屈曲等長收縮肌力,並填寫問卷。以成對樣本t檢定分析參與者之垂直阻抗測試結果、肘關節屈曲肌力及其線性迴歸斜率。結果:施行真、假邀胸頸椎整復手法在垂直阻抗測試(假:21.4±4.6公斤,真:21.7±2.6公斤)、肘關節屈曲等長收縮肌力測試的結果(假:18.5±7.2公斤,真:21.3±7.0公斤)及其斜率(假:-1.10±0.26,真:-0.93±0.20),皆達到顯著差異。結論:整復手法確實能增進研究參與者之垂直阻抗測承受力、肘關節屈曲肌力及減緩肌力衰退程度。希望將整復手法應用在實際運動上,以提升運動表現。
Taiwan's joint restoration in foreign countries as chiropractic. It was a technology by adjusting the skeleton to promote the health and the sport performance. Clinical implementation of restoration practices found that the patient often would increase the power, but for this appearance there were no objective quantitative data. Purpose: To investigate the affection in the isometric elbow flexion strength test and the vertical impedance test by cervical, thoracic and lumbar restoration. Methods: 10 general population as study participants, single blind, repeated measures. Using a scale to measure the vertical impedance, and a tension meter to measure the isometric elbow flexion strength after true or false restoration, and filled out the questionnaire. Analysis by paired t test in results of the vertical impedance, isometric elbow flexion strength, and the linear regression slope of isometric elbow flexion strength. Results: there were significant differences in the ture implementation of restoration practices in the vertical impedance test results (false: 21.4 ± 4.6Kg, ture: 21.7 ± 2.6Kg), isometric elbow flexion strength test results (false: 18.5 ± 7.2Kg , ture: 21.3 ± 7.0Kg), and the slope of isometric elbow flexion strength(false: -1.10 ± 0.26, ture: -0.93 ± 0.20). Conclusion: The restoration techniques could really enhance the tolerance of the vertical impedance, muscle strength of the isometric elbow flexion, and slow down the recession level of muscle strength of the isometric elbow flexion. I hope that the restoration techniques could be used in the actual sport to enhance sports performance.
