  • 本研究旨在探討幽默感訓練,對提升企業員工之幽默感、幸福感、心理資本、與員工敬業是否有顯著成效。並探討影響員工敬業結果之歷程。研究對象為台灣某傳統產業集團公司接受教育訓練課程之主管120位,透過為期十一週之課程,實施四階段受訓前後問卷調查,總計回收四階段有效問卷96份。
    研究結果發現:一、幽默感、員工敬業、幸福感、與心理資本可透過教育訓練而提升;二、「幽默因應」與「幽默態度」兩向度對員工敬業有正向影響;「幽默因應」與「幽默社交」兩向度對幸福感有正向影響;「幽默創造」、「幽默因應」、與「笑的傾向」三向度則對心理資本有正向影響;三、幽默感可提升員工敬業與幸福感,但無法提升心理資本;四、幽默感會藉由提升幸福感,進而提高員工敬業。

    The purpose of this study is to explore whether the sense of humor training has a significant effect on improving the sense of humor, happiness, psychological capital, and employee dedication of corporate employees. It also explores the processes that affect employee engagement outcomes. The subjects of the research were 120 directors of a traditional industry group company in Taiwan who received education and training courses. Through the 11-week course, a four-stage pre- and post-training questionnaire survey was implemented, and a total of 96 valid questionnaires were collected from the four stages.
    The results show that: 1. Education and training can improve employees' sense of humor, employee engagement, well-being, and psychological capital; 2. The two dimensions of "humorous response" and "humorous attitude" have a positive impact on employee engagement; "humorous response" The two dimensions of "humor and social interaction" have a positive impact on happiness; the three dimensions of "humor creation", "humor response", and "laughing tendency" have a positive impact on psychological capital; 3. The sense of humor can be improved Employee dedication and happiness, but cannot improve psychological capital; Fourth, a sense of humor can improve employee engagement by improving happiness.
