  • 登機箱作為機師執勤時始終隨侍在側的必需品,在設計上的實用性、方便性和 耐用度就顯得尤為重要,目前市面上專為機師所設計的登機箱仍存在一些問題,例 如尺寸不合、耐用度不佳,此外行李箱的內部分隔不夠靈活,無法配合不同的使用 習慣做出變化。而這些機組人員經常使用的兩輪行李箱,很少從人體工程學的角度 進行研究。因此本研究透過文獻資料的分析與使用者經驗研究,設計一款符合機師 需求的登機箱,以解決現有登機箱在功能性、便利性和使用性方面的問題。透過文 獻收集進行登機箱歷史脈絡、手動載具的人因工程相關研究,且與機師進行訪談, 使用人物誌(Persona)、使用者旅程圖(User Journey)、情緒旅程圖(Mood Journey)等工 具,分析在各個使用階段使用者對於登機箱與行李箱的接觸點,並列舉各項痛點 (Pain Point)作為設計時的使用者需求切入點。
    而根據使用者研究結果顯示,機師使用者注重商務登機箱的內部分隔設計和收 納功能,希望能夠自由搭配和分隔行李箱內部,以方便收納物品。其次,登機箱的 重量和尺寸是需要關注的問題。機師使用者在搬運行李箱時常需要將其抬升,有拉 傷的風險。最後,登機箱的外觀設計也受到機師使用者的重視。他們希望登機箱能 夠符合自己的風格並展現專業形象。本研究根據機師使用者的需求進行設計,開發 出新的商務登機箱產品,優化分隔設計和收納功能,根據不同物品進行分類和提供 專屬的儲存位置,並採用可整個抽出的設計,讓使用者能更方便地存放和整理物品, 並根據不同情境進行調整。這種可分離的收納組合設計提供更大的靈活性和自由度, 提高整體使用體驗和方便性。同時考慮到使用者可能攜帶手提包,設計中納入手提 包的插入空間。

    As an essential item that accompanies pilots during their duties, the practicality, convenience, and durability of a pilot's carry-on luggage are of utmost importance in its design. However, current market offerings of pilot-specific carry-on luggage still have some issues, such as improper sizing and inadequate durability. Additionally, the internal compartmentalization of these luggage pieces lacks flexibility and fails to accommodate different usage habits. Furthermore, these two-wheeled suitcases commonly used by flight crew members have rarely been studied from an ergonomic perspective. Therefore, this study aims to design a carry-on luggage that meets the needs of pilots, addressing the functional, convenience, and usability issues found in existing designs. Through literature analysis, user experience research, interviews with pilots, and the use of tools such as Personas, User Journeys, and Mood Journeys, this study analyzes the touchpoints between users and carry-on throughout various usage stages, identifying pain points as user needs.
    According to the findings of the user research, pilot users place importance on the internal compartmentalization and storage functionality of their business carry-on luggage, desiring to arrange and separate items within the luggage for easy organization. Furthermore, the weight and dimensions of the carry-on luggage are crucial factors to consider. Pilots often need to lift and maneuver their luggage, posing a risk of strain or injury. Lastly, the aesthetic design of the carry-on luggage is also highly regarded by pilot users. They want the luggage to align with their personal style and project a professional image. Based on the needs of pilot users, this study develops a new business carry-on luggage product that optimizes compartmentalization and storage functionality. It categorizes items and provides dedicated storage locations, utilizing a design that allows the entire storage unit to be pulled out for convenient item placement and organization, adaptable to different contexts. This detachable storage combination design offers greater flexibility and freedom, enhancing the overall user experience and convenience. Additionally, considering the possibility of users carrying a handbag, the design incorporates a space for inserting the handbag.
