  • 本研究透過網路科技的輔助,結合學習社群的理論基礎,問題導向、數學寫作、歷程評量的學習策略,以國中數學知識為學習內容,發展Web上數學知識共享的學習環境-線上家教網(Tele-Tutoring Network, 簡稱TTNET)。本研究目的有三:(1) 觀察TTNET輔助國中生數學學習知能的成效。(2) 分析TTNET中線上家教數學教學的方法。(3) 評量TTNET在系統設計上的完整性與適用性。
    本研究選金華國中一年二十九班有意願參與的學生為實驗對象,並輔以四名經面試審核的家教群引導教學活動之進行。藉由問卷調查分析與互動內容觀察所累積的資料,探究TTNET上學生的學習成效、家教的教學方法與系統功能的完整性。研究結果歸結如下:(1) 學習內容應朝向有趣、簡單、活潑的風格,方能吸引學習者的閱讀動機與參與程度;而家教群定期的佈題與即時的解題,亦有助內容的增長。(2) 系統管理應秉持公平與合理的原則,訂定各項管理公約以協調討論秩序。(3) 藉由討論區與學習日誌區的提問、寫作、省思,家教群可即時地給予回饋和意見,刺激學習者主動地思考數學問題;故學生相當肯定TTNET對數學成績的助益,而社群成員均願意持續使用TTNET學習環境,以獲得豐富的資源與即時的諮詢。(4) 分析家教群於TTNET使用的數學教學方法,可分為示範式、講述式、辯論式、引導式、注入式五種類別,並配合正向、積極的態度,提供學習者個別化的指引。(5) 社群成員均同意TTNET各互動區在操作流程、輔助說明與整體設計上的合理性與適用性。
    針對未來線上家教教學環境發展,建議如下:(1) 在系統功能方面,可規劃更便利的編輯工具、完整的歷程記錄與彈性的評分機制。 (2) 在管理策略方面,可運用獎勵策略的輔助,並嘗試擴充線上家教的範圍。(3) 在學習內容方面,應依照學習者的程度挑選適宜的題材,再逐漸擴充領域知識,並將長期累積的內容,系統化地編彙整理。
