中 文 摘 要大環胺醚及大環胺醚界面活性劑在有機催化反應及液膜離
子輸送之應用本研究分為兩部分。(1)大環胺醚相轉移催化劑催化反應,
及(2)大環胺醚界面活性劑離子輸送載體的研製及應用。首先利用大環胺
醚cryptand[22相轉移催化劑以催化醛醇縮和反應,結果發現得到比其他
冠狀醚更好的效果。隨著反應溫度及溶劑極性的增加,會提高反應的產率
。金屬氫氧化物的種類,也會影響催化的效果。冠狀醚,氫氧化物及反應
物濃度效應亦被探討,並提出可能的反應機構。其次,合成大環胺醚界面
活性劑C10H21- cryptand[22],並成功地應用在液膜離子輸送實驗,發現
對銅離子有非常好的選擇性。其輸送順序為Cu2+>Sr2+>Co2+>Ba2+>Ni2+>
Fe3+>K+ >Na+。陰離子種類也會影響輸送的效果。且藉由和鈉離子的主動
運輸,可達到輸送胺基酸及其他有機物的目的。而對於鍶(Sr2+)及釔(
Y3+ )的高輸送差異或許可用來分離他們。此低毒性且高輸送能力的大環
胺醚界面活性劑為一具潛力的生物膜輸送載體之代替品。
Abstract Application of Cryptand and Cryptand Su- rfactants in
Catalytic Organic Reactions and Ion Transports There are two
parts in this study.Fir- stly,the drift type cryptand[22] and
ot- her crown ethers such as 18C6 and 15C5 were applied as
phase transfer catalyst. The elevations of temperature and
solve- nt polarity seem to enhance the reaction yield.In
addition ,effects of concentra- tion on the catalytic reaction
with cro- wn ether ,salt and reactant were also i- nvestigated
and a possible mechanism is proposed too. Secondly,the cryptand
surfactant C10- H21-cryptand[22] was synthesized and su-
ccessfully used as an ion transport car- rier for some metal
ions.The order of i- on transport rate for these ions is Cu2+
>Sr2+>Co2+>Ba2+>Ni2+>Fe3+>K+>Na+.The li- pophilicity of counter
anion wii affect the transport of these cation ions.Amino acids
were transported by symport with sodium ion through the
surfactant liquid membrane.The specificity of Sr2+ to Y3+ may
be applied to seperate them.The low toxicity and high transport
ability of the cryptand surfactant maybe can be sp- plied as a
"real" ion transport carrier through biological membranes.
