本研究的目的,主要在探討「兒童性侵害防治教學」介入,對師院生兒童性侵害防治之知識、態度、行為意向與自我效能之立即影響與延宕效果。並探討師院生兒童性侵害防治之知識、態度和自我效能與其行為意向之相關性,以及學生對此次教學的評價。
本研究採準實驗設計之「不等組前測-後測設計」,以新竹師院88位學生為實驗對象,接受每週一次,每次100分鐘之教學介入,連續四週共實施四單元。並以新竹師院77位學生為校內對照組,台北師院與台中師院各一班合計72位學生為校外對照組,進行教學效果之評估。教學活動結束時,隨即評估學生兒童性侵害防治之知識、態度、行為意向與自我效能的改變,並於三個月後進行後後測,以評估教學的延宕效果。
研究所得資料,以配對t檢定瞭解實驗組改變之顯著情形,並以單因子單變項共變數分析,進行組間比較分析,研究結果如后:
一、教學介入後,實驗組學生兒童性侵害防治知識、態度、 行為意向與自我效能之後測和後後測得分,除態度中
「性侵害防治工作之意願」此分項外,其餘各測驗間之差異均達顯著水準。
二、兒童性侵害防治教學介入後,實驗組學生的兒童性侵害防治知識、態度、行為意向與自我效能之後測得分,
均顯著高於兩組對照組;後後測得分中,除「對性自主權的尊重與維護」外,其餘各項得分亦皆顯著高於兩
組對照組。
三、教學介入前,師院生兒童性侵害防治之自我效能可有效預測其行為意向;教學介入後,師院生兒童性侵害防
治之知識、態度、自我效能三者能顯著預測其行為意向。
四、實驗組學生對此次教學活動的評價,多數表示喜歡且有幫助,並認為有推廣之必要。
The purposes of this study were to explore the effects of the educational intervention on students' prevention-related child sexual abuse knowledge as well as their attitude, behavioral intention and self-efficacy in the teachers colleges.
The non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design was used in this study. Participants were divided into experimental group(n=88), in-of-school control group(n=77),and out-of-school control group(n=72). They took part in the intervention program two hours per week for four consecutive weeks. Participants also filled out relevant measurements before, right after and three months after the intervention.
Paired t-test, analysis of covariance and multiple regression were used to analyze the data. The results showed that:
1. The scores of the students' knowledge, attitude, behavioral intention and self-efficacy on prevention-related child sexual abuse of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the two control groups after the intervention. The long term effect was also significant except the variable of「willingness of the prevention-related sexual abuse work」.
2. The intervention leads to both the immediate improvement and the long term effect of students' knowledge, attitude, behavioral intention and self-efficacy on prevention-related child sexual abuse except the variable of「to respect and safeguard the sexual sovereignty」in long term effect.
3. The students' knowledge, attitude and self-efficacy on prevention-related child sexual abuse could significantly predict their behavioral intention on prevention-related child sexual abuse after the intervention.
4. The students of the experimental group reported that they enjoyed the activities of the intervention course.
