  • 本研究主要目的,在探討障礙幼兒母親與普通幼兒母親在「傳統觀念」與
    「教養態度」上之差異,以及性別.出生序.障礙狀況.教育程度.年齡等不
    同背景變項的幼兒母親在「傳統觀念」與「教養態度」上是否有差異及相
    關o研究方式採調查研究法,以自編之「中國人傳統觀念量表」及「母親教
    養態度量表」為工具,進行資料之蒐集。研究對象包括在第一兒童發展中
    心.博愛兒童發展中心.中和兒童發展中心三所機構接受教育,其年齡介於
    三至五歲障礙幼兒的母親,與在台北市市立松山托兒所.私立文華幼稚園.
    臺北縣私立華泰幼稚園接受學前教育三至五歲普通幼兒的母親o調查所得
    資料以多變項共變數分析.二因子多變項變異數分析.單因子多變項變異數
    分析.皮爾遜積差相關加以處理o本研究的主要發現如下:一.障礙幼兒母親
    和普通幼兒母親在「中國人傳統觀念量表」得分未達顯著差異o而在「母
    親教養態度量表」的「放任」.「民主」兩項教養態度量表得分有顯著差
    異o二.不同出生序.障礙狀況障礙幼兒母親在「中國人傳統觀念量表」得
    分未達顯著差異o兩組母親在「母親教養態度量表」得分未達顯著差異o
    三.不同教育程度的障礙幼兒母親在「中國人傳統觀念量表」的「家族延
    續」.「父權體系」.「家族榮譽」三項傳統觀念量表得分有顯著差異而在
    「母親教養態度量表」的「嚴厲」.「愛護」兩項教養態度量表得分有顯
    著差異o四.障礙幼兒母親的「嚴厲」教養態度得分與「家族延續」.「父
    權體系」 .「服從權威」.「宿命連結」.「家族和諧」等傳統觀念得分有
    關;「愛護」教養態度得分與「家族榮譽」.「家族和諧」等傳統觀念得分
    有關 ;而「民主」教養態度得分與「家族延續」傳統觀念得分有關o

    The study aims to explore the differences in "traditional
    concepts" and "attitudes towards up-bringing" between mothers
    having handicapped children and those having normal children,
    and to see how such varints as sex,order of birth, conditions
    of handicap, education,and age of the mothers relate to
    "traditional concepts" and "attitudes towards upbringing. "The
    method of this research is an investigation method, employing
    self-designed "Chinese traditional concepts scale" and
    "maternal attitude towards upbringing scale" as tools to gather
    data. The informants for handicapped children come from those
    mothers having handicapped children aged three to five who
    receive education in The First Children Development Center, Po-
    ai Children Development Center, and Chung-ho Children
    Development Center. The informants for normal children come
    form those mothors who have children receiving pre-school
    education at Taipei municipal Song-shan Kindergarten,private
    Wen-huang Kindergarten, and Taipei County private Huang-tai
    Kindergarten. The obtained data are analyzed in terms of ANCOVA,
    MANOVA,and Pearson Correlation. 1. As for "Chinese traditional
    concepts scales," there is no significant difference in score
    between mothers with handicapped children and those with normal
    children .However, in the two items─"freedom" and "democracy"
    of "attitudes towards upbringing scales," there is significant
    difference in score. 2.There is no significant difference in
    score between mothers having children with different order of
    birth and different degre of handicap in "Chinese traditional
    concepts scale." And there is no significant difference in
    "maternal attitudes towards upbrings scale" between these two
    groups of mothers. 3.The handicapped children's mother of
    different education background score differently in these three
    items─"continuation of family," "patriarchal system," and
    "family honor" of "Chinese traditional concepts scale." They
    score differently in attitudes towards upbringing."
