在新冠肺炎疫情全球肆虐的時代下,全球各國為降低新冠肺炎所帶來的影響,制定相關防疫措施,確保醫療量能充足,全世界以嚴謹態度去嘗試快速降低感染風險及疫情的擴散,為防止人與人的密集接觸,遠距醫療服務方式迅速變成廣泛被討論及應用的就醫模式,以達有效隔絕接觸感染風險。
本研究主要目的在探討遠距醫療「數位五官檢查鏡」,對不同個人因素在知識鴻溝的差異,以及對資訊安全、醫病關係,新科技技術的認同,是否影響遠距醫療的使用意願,根據過去學者的測量工具,用以診斷不同族群在使用遠距醫療的意願。研究採用問卷調查蒐集相關資料,扣除無效樣本後,共計回收有效樣本 200份,並使用 SPSS 23 統計套裝軟體進行統計分析。
研究結果顯示,遠端醫療設備也是影響遠距醫療使用意願的主要因素之一,設備越容易取得與易於操作,使用者越能接受使用遠端醫療來做為醫療行為的一個選擇。
本研究在學術上發現新冠肺炎疫情時代下,因疾病傳染造成人與人距離,加速影響遠距醫療使用意願的變化,而醫病關係也隨之改變進入數位醫療時代,在實務應用上可藉由研究結果,建議能將遠距醫療的數位五官檢查鏡推廣到一般家庭,讓更多民眾能經由此裝置,更加瞭解遠距醫療的方便性,以提升民眾使用遠距醫療的意願,使平時能讓民眾多一個就診的選擇,在特殊時期能提供即時的就診的途徑,確保人人無論在何時與何地都有就醫的權利。
In the era of the global COVID-19 pandemic, countries around the world have implemented related preventive measures to reduce the impact of COVID-19 and ensure sufficient medical capacity. With a rigorous attitude, the world is trying to quickly reduce the risk of infection and the spread of the epidemic. To prevent close contact between people, remote medical services have rapidly become a widely discussed and applied medical model to effectively isolate contact infection risks.
The main purpose of this study is to explore the "digital five-sense examination instrument" in remote medical care, and to investigate whether different personal factors and attitudes towards information security, doctor-patient relationships, and new technological innovations affect the willingness to use remote medical care, using measurement tools developed by previous scholars to diagnose the willingness of different groups to use remote medical care. The study used a questionnaire survey to collect relevant data, and after excluding invalid samples, a total of 200 valid samples were collected and analyzed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software.
The results of the study show that remote medical equipment is also one of the main factors affecting the willingness to use remote medical care. The easier the equipment is to obtain and operate, the more likely users are to accept the use of remote medical care as a medical behavior choice.
The academic findings of this study suggest that in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, the distance between people has been accelerated due to disease transmission, and it has also accelerated the changes in the willingness to use remote medical care. The doctor-patient relationship has also entered the era of digital medical care. In practical applications, based on the research results, it is recommended to promote the digital five-sense examination instrument of remote medical care to households so that more people can understand the convenience of remote medical care through this device, thereby enhancing the willingness of the public to use remote medical care. This can provide people with another option for medical treatment in normal times, and provide real-time medical treatment during special times to ensure that everyone has the right to medical treatment regardless of when and where.
