  • 本研究的目的有二:(1)探討Web期刊之發展;(2)研發Web期刊發展系統。
    本研究從期刊作者、讀者、審查者及出版者的角度,探討理想的Web期刊應具備的特性。根據文獻探討結果,我們將傳統期刊的作業流程以網路化、自動化、動態化及個別化的原則作整合,以作者模組、讀者模組、管理者模組、審查者模組及資料模組來涵蓋整個作業流程。然後,建置Web期刊發展系統,系統包含作者區、讀者區、管理者區及審查者區。
    建議未來發展Web期刊時,應具備多元、社群及動態等基本特性,期刊格式應選擇較佳的標示語言。本研究研發的Web期刊發展系統,除了可以應用在實際發展學術期刊外,也可提供給學生作為發表工具。
