The advancement of technology and the impacts of globalization push the rise of WBT. It becomes a trend of training. However, there are few studies emphasize on trainee satisfaction of WBT. Most researchers attach importance on E-learning and aim at experiences or satisfaction of students. If companies can take factors which affect trainee satisfaction of WBT into consideration in advance, it would save more costs than improve after evaluating. Besides, this study focuses on comparing managers and employees’ viewpoints of factors which affect trainee satisfaction on WBT. Managers are important roles to market, design, and implement WBT or motivate employees to participate it and employees are the ultimate users. So, if there is a fall between their viewpoints, it would cause many problems. Owing to the need of colleting their opinions, this study will use both of qualitative and quantitative research methods. At the first stage, survey will be used to find out important factors of trainee satisfaction on WBT. And in the second stage, interview which is the main method will be used to understand how these important factors affect satisfaction of WBT, how samples solve obstacles to fulfill these important factors and what their suggestions are. After analyzing and discussing data, the study finds that differences between managers and employees’ viewpoints on influential factors on WBT are showed in three factors which are the frequency for using internet, the speed to reply questions which are posted, and the teaching style of instructors.
