摘 要
本研究旨在分析並建構體育教師評鑑的理論與內涵,藉而研擬體育教師評鑑工具。同時,並據以調查我國國民中學體育教師對於體育教師評鑑指標之重要性及可行性之看法,期能提供學校及教育行政主管機關,在擬定政策與執行之參考。
本研究採文獻分析及問卷調查二種方式,先依文獻分析結果,以自編之「國民中學體育教師評鑑指標問卷」為調查工具,並以臺灣地區國民中學體育教師為研究對象進行取樣,共計回收有效問卷635份,回收率為66.3﹪。分別以平均數、標準差、百分比、因素分析、t考驗及單因子變異數等統計方法進行分析,獲致以下結論:
一、 體育教師評鑑指標含有課程規劃與實施、專業精神與輔導、體育教學與評量、體育專業技能、行政與溝通、專業成長等六類領域,共有44項指標項目,可供選用。
二、 本研究所建構的體育教師評鑑指標,均具有相當程度的重要性且普受體育教師認同。
三、 本研究所建構的體育教師評鑑指標中,有29項指標具有相當高的可行性可供選用,其餘15項指標亦接近可行的可供參考。
四、 本研究所發展之體育教師評鑑指標,現職國中體育教師認為在指標的重要性比實際施行上樂觀,且因個人背景不同,彼此間看法也不一致。
五、 國中體育教師因個人背景因素不同,對體育教師評鑑指標重要性及可行性看法的差異各有不同。

Abstract
The dissertation firstly aims at inquiring and developing a theory and substantial content for a physical education teacher appraisal tool, and then uses it to collect and analyze junior high school physical education teachers' viewpoints about the importance and practicality of the appraisal indicators. At last, results from the survey can be used as a reference for school administrators and education organizations in formulating and administering educational policies.
The dissertation uses the literature review and survey questionnaire as research methods. Based on the results of the literature review, a measuring tool, namely, "Junior High School Physical Education Teacher's Appraisal Indicators Questionnaire", is developed. The sampling subjects for the survey are junior high school physical education teachers in the Taiwan area. A total of 635 or 66.3% valid questionnaires are retrieved and analyzed by their mean(M), standard deviation(SD), percentage, factor analysis, T-test, and one-way ANOVA. The results of the survey are as follows:
1. Physical education teacher appraisal indicators can be divided into six areas with a total of 44 indicators. These six areas are,(Ⅰ)curriculum planning and implementation,(Ⅱ)professionalism and advising,(Ⅲ)physical education pedagogy and evaluation,(Ⅳ)professional skills,(Ⅴ)administration and communication, and(Ⅵ)professional growth.
2. The importance of these appraisal indicators developed by this dissertation is highly recognized by physical education teachers.
3. 29 of the indicators in the appraisal are highly practical and can be implemented; the remainder (15 indicators), though not highly practical, can still be used as a reference.
4. On the whole, current junior high school physical education teachers agree with the importance of the indicators, but are still a little skeptical about their practicality, and their viewpoints about the difficulties of their practicality vary according to different individual backgrounds.
5. Viewpoints about the importance and practicality of appraisal indicators also vary according to different individual backgrounds.
