This study selected 12 community colleges in Taipei City as the study site and used the enrolled students as the target population to examine the theoretical study of learning satisfaction and leisure satisfaction from the perspective of students' motivation to learn, and to confirm the learning effectiveness and construct a theoretical model of community college learning participation. The study further explored the mediating and moderating effects to understand the theoretical implications. The study found that the motivation, satisfaction, leisure satisfaction, and learning effectiveness of the participating community college students were all moderate or higher, with learning satisfaction having a full mediating effect in the overall model, and leisure satisfaction having a moderating effect in the relationship between motivation, satisfaction, and learning effectiveness.
