  • 在這份研究論文中,我們加入兩個解調對數放大器,ㄧ個乘法IC電路,ㄧ個加法電路,和一個相減放大器在傳統的PS-OCT系統中.我們便可以簡單的藉由差動波包偵測方式獲得雙折射參數。因為在兩正交極化狀態中的共路徑背景雜訊可被消除掉,這樣一來便減少了在雙折射量測上的系統誤差。除此之外,由於在干涉訊號中的相位差訊號是藉由類比電路記錄到。因此能大大減少擷取資料所需的時間,論文最後並呈現一種具有微弱雙折射特性的介質,即人類血管的測量結果。
