本研究主要目的為探討思覺失調患者於病後康復、回歸社區工作時所經歷的工作適應經驗，特別是他們在過程中如何獲得來自社區的資源與支持，以及所面臨的挑戰的經驗。本研究採質性研究方法，透過立意取樣與滾雪球的方式，邀請8名工作滿3個月以上的思覺失調症患者為本研究對象。每次訪談為面對面的深度訪談60-90分鐘，針對訪談資料分析結果如下：
一、罹病後的就業經歷，說明八位思覺失調症患者如何在出院後透過不同管道尋找工作的經歷，包括他們如何規劃和實施復健計畫。
二、工作上的挑戰，則是探討這群人在職場中所遇到的主要挑戰，包括與疾病、人際以及職業倦怠的影響。
三、維持工作的原因，闡述他們如何透過自我支持、親友協助和在友善的工作環境中尋求幫助來應對工作中的挑戰。
四、提升就業的建議，提出在職進修訓練和透過媒體進行去污名化等方法來提升精神障礙者就業率。
最後根據研究結果，研究者的建議可以透過就服員服務內容精進以及建立友善職場兩大方向和方法來協助促進思覺失調症患者的工作適應。

The main objective of this study was to examine the work adaptation experiences of people with psychosis when they recovered from their illness and returned to work in the community, especially how they received resources and support from the community and the challenges they faced during the process. This study adopted a qualitative research methodology and invited eight people with psychosis who had been working for more than three months to be the subjects of this study through a purposive sampling and snowballing approach. Each interview was a face-to-face in-depth interview lasting 60-90 minutes, and the results of the interviews are analyzed as follows：1) Post-disease employment experiences, which illustrated how the eight persons with Schizophrenia sought employment through different channels after discharge from the hospital, including how they planned and implemented their rehabilitation programs. 2)Challenges at Work explores the major challenges encountered by this group of individuals in the workplace, including the impact of illness, interpersonal and occupational burnout. 3) Reasons for sustaining employment, which explains how they cope with challenges at work through self-support, assistance from family and friends, and seeking help in a friendly work environment. 4) Suggestions for enhancing employment, such as on-the-job training and de-stigmatization through the media, were proposed to increase the employment rate of persons with mental disabilities. Finally, based on the results of the study, the researcher suggests that two major directions and methods can be used to help promote the work adaptation of people with psychosis, namely, improving the content of the services provided by the service providers and establishing a friendly workplace.
